Paul Reddy - President of Integrated Nutritional Supplement Company

An executive focused on impact-oriented consumer marketing, Paul Reddy serves as President of Earth Lab Holdings, a nutritional supplement products company headquartered in Park City, Utah. Managing two consumer brands, Paul Reddy oversees the marketing of more than 300 consumer product products through both indirect and direct channels. He is also responsible for the acquisition and integration of additional brands into the ELH portfolio.

Paul Reddy utilizes his background in investment banking and consulting as a partner at Newpark Capital, which formed Earth Lab Holdings in 2017. In this role, he invests capital and shares business knowledge with mid-cap businesses seeking growth capital. Mr. Reddy has led the acquisition of Wise Woman Herbals and Superior Labs, and the formation of ELH.

Throughout his career, Mr. Reddy has held leadership positions at multiple technology, consumer, and marketing companies. For instance, he served as CEO of Zaniac, president of Datamark, and vice president of business development and sales at InsideTrack. He earned a bachelor's degree in economics and political science at Northwestern University and a master of business administration at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
